Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed and must be requested in advance.

Identity documents and online agreement
To meet legal requirements, all guests must provide the photo page of their passport and complete an online agreement.
Guest limit
The maximum occupancy is four or five depending on the room. People not included in the reservation may not enter or stay in the apartment.
Supplies and kitchen
You may use the supplies placed in the apartment. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and seasonings.
Safety information
An exterior or entryway security camera is present. A body of water is nearby, and a carbon monoxide alarm is installed.
Registration
The registration under the Special Economic Zoning Act is Osaka City Directive Daiho-Kan No. 25-2410.
